Non narcotics : Any of the narcotic pain medications can have the property of suppressing testosterone levels. It appears to be a centrally acting effect, affecting the regulatory hormones, rather than the testes directly. Low testosterone levels are almost like a symptom. I've seen it happen with oxycontin, Methadone and fentanyl. It's what we call a "class effect, " caused by all members in a group more or less.
