Most Emergency facilities keep electronic records and you may be able to call the facility and confirm the diagnosis and prescription with one of the nurses. Since flagyl is not a controlled substance and there is very little risk of abuse, I should think that the doctor who saw you or one of the other doctors at the facility who may be covering for the treating doctor would approve a replacement.

Prescriptions are nowadays submitted electronically to the pharmacy, all you have to do is call the pharmacy and confirm they have your prescription. If not there, calling the ER you visited and letting them know would be best as they will call the prescription in at your pharmacy.
