Ive had several red/black spots on my glans that look like tiny scabs for 15 years. sti tests all neg. urologists describe as burst capillaries, harmless, not to worry. is there a name? 2nd opinion? its embarrassing and hard to explain to partners?

Burst capillary blood is gradually absorbed so I doubt if it is that, If you've had it for so long then it does not sound serious. However I suggest you see a dermatologist for another opinion
