You seem to be sleeping a lot-more than is necessary at this age. Would follow up with a doctor/ therapist as there may be some depression. Discuss developing hobbies like reading , o exercising, biking, or crocheting/ knitting, scrapbooking or going to free classes, a gym etc. Follow up with MD/therapist and check out classes in your area.

You are basically up all night and sleeping most of the day. You are alone and not doing anything. Really, not enough information for a meaningful diagnosis. However, your sleep pattern is dysfunctional and you describe having no vocational or social function. There is clearly A problem. See your PCP or a counselor for an evaluation. I think it’s time to reach out for help.
