I would try Zyrtec 5 mg nightly. And you add nasacort or Flonase 1 spray each nostril also

It may be allergies so if Claritin or mucinex have not worked than try Flonase daily one spray in each nostril for a month and see if it helps, if not then see an ENT or allergist for further evaluation
