It might depend on how much you drink. Gallons maybe. But not on my list of things that cause liver damage. Use a better source for reading about medical issues. I recommend uptodate.com which will cost you maybe $30 per month but well worth it is you use Dr. Google at all. Will save you time, money and maybe your life.

Even though not known as a major hepatotoxic supplement, cases of liver failure have been described. If any suspicion, stop taking the supplement and let your doc know.
