Depends on how big they are, where they are and if you run around barefooted a lot. Not likely cancer or of genital origin but need more details. For example do you have gential warts now? You can never give us too many details. I am not certain what "flat warts" means in TN. I have never seen warts that are perfectly flat.

The strains of HPV causing genital warts and foot warts are different. Foot warts are not a cancer risk. Get HPV vaccine.
