I've flat warts on top of feet and hands. my question is should i be worried about them harming me as in causing cancer? i don't have genital warts so could the flat warts be high risk hpv?

The HPV strains causing warts on hands and feet are not associated with increased risk of cancer. You should get HPV vaccine to prevent infection with more dangerous strains of HPV.
