I had blood work done yesterday, i'm not sick, no uti etc. my absolute lymphocytes are extremely high and my mpv is very low. almost critical. what does this mean exactky? should i get further testing?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results, your interpretation of extremely high is not a quantitative result. Wish you good health!
