The diagnosis may be confirmed as an outpatient. Please coordinate a referral with the Pulmonologist. If there is acute swelling, shortness of breath, it is urgent. Urgent care is available to screen and begin the workup.

Unless there is a contraindication, aspirin should be started and an attempt to make a diagnosis should we sought immediately
