You can only maintain your weight at its current or increasing level by making food choices that make it so. Find out why you eat/what you eat and commit to yourself that you will make the changes necessary to reduce intake. Exercise can help, but it takes a substantial amount to matter. A consultation with a clinical dietitian and your doc may be the best place to start.

No medicine will produce long lasting effects on weight by itself. Lifestyle and behavioral changes will be needed in order to keep a negative calorie balance by diet and exercise. A weight loss center will be best in this regard.
