In regard to lichen sclerosus on the labia, how long have fractional co2 lasers, and profractional laser been used to treat lichen sclerosus on the labia?

I'm unfamiliar with this treatment which has been around for a few years, but the gold standard for treatment of lichen sclerosus is still high potency corticosteroid creams or ointments. The laser treatment does reduce symptoms of severe itching and scarring. I would leave the decision of what's the best treatment for each individual case to the dermatologist.
