What can i do about thyroid control through diet?

Depends: It is not clear what kind of thyroid problem you have. If you had thyroid hormone problems, then hormone levels must be corrected with appropriate treatment. If you had hypothyroidism and associated weight and lipid problem, then you would need low saturated fat/trans fat/cholesterol, high fiber, low glycemic and low calorie diet in addition to regular exercises to control your weight and lipids.

Healthy, balanced: People who have a predisposition to thyroid disorders may cause thyroid problems if they either over or under-do iodine intake. Other than that, just avoid over the counter 'thyroid health' supplements, as many contain components that may cause bad health effects.
