A member asked:

Last week i've seen a specialist and they told me my finger joints were very loose. i've had at least 2 sprains those fingers last year so i'm guessing this might be why. are loose joints dangerous and how are they treated?

Physical therapy may be helpful. Discuss Marfan's syndrome with physician. Watch for redness and swelling of the joints Avoid overextension.

Loose joints are not dangerous. They can sometimes be stabilized somewhat with therapy and exercises. Strengthening the muscles around the joints can counteract some of the laxity.
