I am married. i have had a lot of bv infections but i woke up and was super dry, sore, and burning sensation. i took minister 3 day thinking it was a yeast infection but the symptoms have not gone away and now my side hurts? is this a bv infection?

Your gynecologist is best to diagnose and treat you. You don't mention typical symptoms of BV. Your side discomfort is not typical. Pelvic inflammatory disease is a possibility & it warrants an examination.
