Counseling ???? You need to find a life coach that will teach you methods of stress management. During the therapy you can explore any other triggers to your health anxiety, which is often a socially more acceptable coverup for what is really behind your fear. If you find the underlying triggers & learn to manage stress, life can be better.

Some additional ways of handling this: on your own do aerobic exercise such as 20-30 minutes walking 3-4 times weekly. Learn meditation and practice daily. Try biofeedback therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy. As mentioned, a life coach might be worthwhile.
