Dehydration is a common cause. Dizziness, fainting, blurred vision, tiredness and poor concentration may occur. Review by physician is necessary (if weak pulse, confusion, clammy skin, and rapid shallow breathing) as it may be a sign of another medical condition. Best regards for good health.

I define low BP as when you faint or get dizzy standing up. I have normal patients with a BP of 90 systolic. The advantage is you will likely live longer than those with a higher BP. So if no low BP symptoms party on.
