The infection is probably in your middle ear, not exactly in the eustachian tube. If the pain has returned & gets worse you may need to see a Dr @ Urgent Care before Monday or call the on call physician, but if not severe pain it may be fine to wait until Monday. If the pain is due to pressure in the middle ear it might help to try Mucinex (guaifenesin: over- the-counter)
