Trichomoniasis sti- can test come back false negative in guys? i tested positive for it but my fianc of 2 years came up negative. he is my only sexually partner for two years. how is that possible?

Trichomonas is not always communicated to a male partner, but if your fiance', for example, might have been treated with an antibiotic for urethritis in the past "two years", such treatment may have eliminated the trichomonas.
