I recommend consulting a urologist for advice. You may not pass a stone 0.8 cm in size. You may be advised to simply watch for symptoms and signs of progression of the stone if the stone moves into the ureter or you may be given options to remove or dissolve this stone.

It has to be investigated. Uric acid stones can be treated with medicine. Stones can cause pain. So treatment depends on many things. Best to consult a Urologist and make water part of your daily intake
