Not enough by way of details. First episode? Any similar pain with exertion? Any associated shortness of breath. If this is the only episode, not a strong suggestion of a cardiac cause. However, needs detailed evaluation of history, concurrent medical problems if any etc. Please have your doctor evaluate you. Chest pain awakening you from sleep should not be ignored. Good luck.

Because there could be Post Covid heart issues, it is advisable to see the PCP and Cardiologist so they can check out the cause of chest pain and treat under current protocol.

A Cardiac and Pulmonary evaluation is indicated. Post COVID-19 there may be complications. It is better to ensure that the episode was benign. Please see your physician. Watch for fever, worsening pain and cough.
