Colic and increased crying is common at this age. Try Bundle/Swaddle, white noise and movement (rocking, swinging). Some families use gripe water or chamomile tea which is low risk for most babies. If crying is inconsolable, seek medical attention.

The colic should be evaluated by your Pediatrician to ensure that there is no other cause of the irritability. Monitor temperature and feedings. Watch for signs of fever, vomiting and infection. If there is no other cause, colic may be treated with soothing the baby.
