Well...: I guess you could but they are treating two different things. Colief is just lactase and used to treat lactose intolerance. Some people think colic is transient lactose intolerance. Infacol is simethicone. There are no known interactions between these two medications. Good luck to you. Colic is tough to deal with it. But remember, it does eventually pass. Call your Doc for problems.
