Marcus is 4weeks old, colic and extremely gassy. what are your thoughts in giving agripe water or gas drops? what's the difference n side affects?

Colic: Neither grippe water (as long as it doesn't contain alcohol) nor infant gas drops have real side effects. Gas drops can give a little bit of loose stool in some babies. I like to give the gas drops 0.3 ml before each feed, they are my preference. Hope this helps!
