It might. Most people need 14,000 IU a week to get to a blood level of about 50. You have been taking more than 3 times that for quite awhile. Best is to get a blood test for 25oh Vit D. If you are over 100, you are in borderline trouble. The good news is if you are over 100, stopping the supplement until you have a blood test well under 100. Then restart at 2,000 IU or 50 mcg daily.
