Close to none for as long as hand hygiene is followed consistently. Cleanliness of shared utilities is a different issue and should be shared as responsibility as well.

As long as you have no open wounds or cuts than no bacteria will enter body from a dirty sink or fluids in area.

Unless you have a breakage in your skin, a cut for example, practically no risk at all. Simply wash well with soap and water before you leave the sink. And find better roommates.
