Your symptoms definitely dont sound normal.. you would likely need some imaging before cause can be delineated. Would advise to please see your doctor.

It could be but sounds musculoskeletal as well. You must be cleared by a cardiologist and orthopedic surgeon to find out

Heart is lower on the list of possible causes than, say, muscle pain or even esophageal pain (reflux). See your primary care doctor for evaluation, especially since this problem seems to be getting worse.

It may be reflux and may benefit from omeprazole or famotidine or both . But since a cardiac event is very serious would evaluated for cardiac disease as well. Would also check CXR for chest lesions and thyroid studies ( that may affect reflux) and lastly cervical and thoracic imaging though that is less likely.
