I have migraine headache with symptoms like sensitivity to light, and brfore 10 years i experienced aura too but now it is no more, i feel only headache. and i cant tolerate that headache too. is this is complement. please reply?

You appear to have a history of "classical migraine", and migraine can evolve and vary over time. Frequent headache patterns respond to preventative medications and CGRP items are indeed the state of the art. See a neurologist and get appropriate prophylactic intervention.

Though one has a history of migraine headache, still persisting, intolerable and/or change in symptoms presentation should be investigated anew. Both the PCP and Neurologist should be consulted for solution.
