Yes if the bug causing the boil is not sensitive to Bactrim. Show to your Dr.

yes but not necessarily caused by taking antibiotics. Most boils subside by themselves. Use local heat, keep area clean with soap and water , cover it with some dressing till it bursts or heals. If this does not work see your MD
