Any harm....: ... probably not. Any good ? Probably not. Medications can lose their efficacy over time. Antibiotics are bacterial specific... why take an antibiotic that will not treat your current condition? Overuse of antibiotics can result in bacterial resistance, thereby leaving you prone to superinfections that are more difficult to treat.

Do not consume: Expired medications cannot ensure stability, safety and efficacy of their chemical compounds, so should not be used. Ask for other medical service that can attend you sooner or ask for emergency services if your health problems are severe.
