A baby cat of 1.5 month old scratch me on finger 7 day ago, after 3 days pus come out and now now finger is normal and i feel normal should i need any antibiotic i didn't take any antibiotic for it in these days?

From what you have described, sounds like your finger has healed on its own . At this point , I would just observe for next few days if there’s any fever , swelling, pain , tenderness, inflammation, redness , pus accumulation etc. If not, then you should be all good.
