Meningioma: There are many reasons why most meningiomas are watched. Most do not cause symptoms. Most are not causing any brain damage or invasion. Surgery risk usually outweighs benefit in these circumstances. And most meningiomas are found incidentally due to a scan of the brain for a reason or symptom unrelated to the meningioma. There is no golden size that triggers doing something about one.
