Not necessarily. Although the floor may have a higher collection of a variety of germs than bed linen, you are exposed to random germs on any surface. They don't jump up and invade your system directly. You do transfer germs from your fingers/hands to your face/mouth where they can invade the less resistant tissues of nose/mouth/eyes. Regular hand washing helps is either setting.
