Soap: does not kill bacteria. It loosens up the surface of the skin so the bacteria will wash away. If you are talking about liquid hand cleaners, they are ok when traveling out and about but old fashioned soap is still the best. Just rinse thoroughly so dirt and germs float away and don't obsess about it. We are all covered in germs, most of which are fine. Peace and good health.
