You need to see an ophthalmologist. Differences in color vision can indicate an oncoming optic nerve problem such as optic neuritis.

Differences in color vision and brightness can reflect many different problems including those involving the optic nerve, macula and lens (cataract). People who are myopic have additional risk factors (bleeding, schisis, detachments). I would suggest consulting an ophthalmologist to determine the cause in your case.
