Hello, I agree with the other answers. It is probably nothing to worry about since a normal nasal cavity is built for preventing a parasite, bacteria or fungus from entering our body by invading the internal barriers and then entering your sinuses, brain, eye or bloodstream. Saline nasal irrigation with boiled tap water (at room temp), distilled or purified water will help clean your nose.
