Today morning woke up with sore throat and took emergen c 1000mg vit c 2/3 of a pack. at night forgot i have taken it in the morning and took my daily multivitamins half a daily dose. would that hurt? im in so much stress because of it right now?

Will it hurt? No. But there's a paucity of well referred literature. For example, Linus Pauling original articles have been seriously challenged. Unlike prescription meds, there's littler no regulation of OTC's. Will it help? Probably not.
