Wife had our first baby today had to get a c section bc she couldnt push out. had a epidural first then anesthesia. she hasent ate once 14 hours but after in mother care she fainted. her blood pressure little less normal. can she fainted from above?

This should be evaluated immediately by the OB physician who did the C/S, as "fainting" after a major surgical procedure can be caused by continued blood loss and anemia. This can also come from prolonged exhaustion from prolonged efforts from labor.
