Possibly: If both are equally affected, think globally such as nutrition (paricularly electrolytes), lack of stretching and movement, general circulation issues. Try to get more electrolytes such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, do calf stretches and move your body. If it persists or affects only one side, get checked out.
