Stop The Diclofenac , because it is causing gastritis. You also have vertigo- spinning and dizziness. This could be from toxic levels of diclofenac if you happen to be someone who metabolizes the drug slowly . If the vertigo preceded the use of diclofenac , then tule out a pulmonary embolus and get an MRI of the brain to rule out a Chiari malformation or a lesion in the cerebellopontine lesion.
