Should be quick. Also I recommend putting head of bed legs up on 4 or 8" blocks as gravity never sleeps. Should help immediately if you have a problem at night. Give it a try. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Find out what have been going on eating/drinking before you have problems what makes it better. Discuss diary with Dr & you will figure it out.
