When i lay down on my back , or raise my head to drink water i feel dizzy (ps: only happen when my exams start and stop when its done )?

I think I had UTI because I was urinating a lot and my head dizzy. I brought probiotics,orange juice and drink lot water. I think it going away I still urinate still little to much and dizziness is going but my left lower back has pain. Is it sore?
