I wonder if you had Covid-19 infection (mild) at the same time you had the second dose of the vaccine. You should see your doctor and request a blood test for antibodies which are only present in people with natural immunity, i.e. infected with Covid-19 virus. Please note that the vaccine only stimulates our body to develop N spike antibody which should not cause anosmia (loss of smell).
