Does hsv ever cause testicular pain? not certain i have it, just curious. i have no pain with urinating or ejaculating and no visible lesions. but i do have some testicular pain & wanted to know if hsv is a possibility. have not had sex in 2 yrs?

Herpes does not cause such symptoms. On and off testicular pain usually does not indicate any STI.

Yes it can but but it is relatively a rare occurrence as compared to the external sex organs and anuus/rectum

Crystals in urine is one of the causes of testicular pain. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not resolve the matter, you should consult a urologist.
