If suspecting you are having parasites in stool best would be to confirm it through a stool sample that can get checked for ova and parasites. If you have not travelled outside the USA, you are highly unlikely to have any intestinal parasites, except pinworms. Your doctor can arrange for stool test to make a definitive diagnosis and treat accordingly. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
