Please see an orthopedist or a sports medicine specialist, preferably a shoulder specialist. They can advise you after proper examination. Physical therapy may be able to help and help to avoid surgery, but they will be best to advise you.

A young person with the tendency to dislocate a major joint like the shoulder, should be evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon or sports medicine physician prior to starting a strength training program that applies mechanical stress to the joint. Usually physical therapy can be used to strengthen muscles and stabilize the joint.
