What can cause high levels of immature granulocytes- 0.6% absolute immature granulocytes- 0.07 absolute neutrophils-8.04% absolute monocytes-0.92 mean platelet volume-9.0 white blood count-12.29% i have been diagnosed with arthritis?

I am not sure if the numbers are correctly written down (percentage and absolute numbers). Most often, immature granulocytes are increased in a serious bacterial infection. However, 0.6% is not considered to be of significance. Treatment with corticosteroids can also increase immature granulocytes.
