in blood test. neutrophils low. lymphs high monocytes high .but only reading high on absolute was granulocytes and neutrophils. cause for concern?

How high?: Percentages mean nothing. If your absolute granulocyte count was slightly above the reference range without abnormal forms and you feel well, it means nothing; this fluctuates and a cold shower can double it.
