You mean you had induced ISCHEMIA during a myocardial perfusion scan. This is significant. How significant needs to be determined by a cardiologist who knows your history and has the results and images of your specific scan to analyze. If the ordering doctor is not a cardiologist, he will refer you to one. You can also talk to the cardiologist who performed the scan. See a cardiologist now.

Your question does not describe details as to why the test was done or whether you experiences any pain or discomfort at the time. The report certainly is of concern and I strongly advise you to get an evaluation by a cardiologist. False positives do occur with myocardial perfusion scan and need to be correlated with clinical data.
