This is more likely a maxillary sinus problem. See your General Physician or an ENT specialist. If they give you the all clear, then check with your General Dentist or a specialist Oral Surgeon for joint evaluation.

For the past month I've had a pulsating sensation in the middle of my forehead or at the bridge of my nose with no pain. It's a strange sensation. I also have pain in my molar area. Could this be Tmj? I also have a crackling sound in my nose?
